The data was compiled just for the 2016 election cycle. The money donated for campaign contributions of the democrats is about 10 times more than the money donated to Republicans in some cases.

These 4 departments are Department of State, Department of Treasury, Department of Justice and the Department of Health and Human Services.
Department of Treasury Donations
The contribution made by the Department of Treasury towards the campaign contributions of the democrats was about $170,897. It was just $1,925 to Republicans, states the Center for Responsive Politics data accumulated by FedSmith. The contributions were made in the years 2015 and 2016.
Preferred Presidential Candidate
It must be added here that Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont received just $7,727 in his campaigns for the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination. Finally, the employees of Department of Justice have spent $137,603 as a donation to the Democrats. They just offered $14,939 as donations to the Republicans.

The only support received by the Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump is the support he got from the National Border Patrol Council.
